Mr Thierry Hoscheit assumed office as President of the Superior Court of Justice of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on 1st of October 2023. President Hoscheit joined the Luxembourg judiciary in 1990, where he was successively judge at the Luxembourg District Court and the Court of Peace. After serving as President of the Competition Council from 2004 to 2011, he returned to the judiciary to serve as President of the Chamber at the Luxembourg District Court and then at the Court of Appeal. Mr Hoscheit is the President of the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Cassation, and the Constitutional Court.
