Comparative Law: Test the Common Portal of National Case Law

The Common Portal of National Case Law which is set up by the Network of the Presidents is now available and open to the public. It was shown at the e-justice conference in Bremen (May 29-June1st). Queries can thus be sent to the databases of the House of Lords, of the Supreme Court of Ireland, of the Court of cassation of Belgium, the Bundesgerichtshof of Germany and the Supremo Tribunal de Justiça of Portugal.
