The General Assembly of the Network, which convened on 14 November 2025 at the occasion of The Hague Colloquium, elected the new Board and President of the Network.

The new President of the Network is Mr Donal O’Donnell, Chief Justice of Ireland. 

The new members of the Board of the Network are Mr Eric de Formanoir de la Cazerie, First President of the Belgian Cour de cassation, Ms Katerina Stamatiou, President of the Supreme Court of Cyprus, Mr Petr Angyalossy, President of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, Mr Tatu Leppänen, President of the Supreme Court of Finland, Mr Christophe Soulard, First President of the French Cour de cassation, Ms Bettina Limperg, President of the Federal Court of Justice of Germany, Mr Pasquale D’Ascola, First President of the Supreme Court of Cassation of Italy, Ms Danguolė Bublienė, President of the Supreme Court of Lithuania, Mr Thierry Hoscheit, President of the Cour supérieure de justice of Luxembourg, Ms Dineke de Groot, President of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands and Mr Anders Eka, President of the Supreme Court of Sweden.
